****2 "SINGLE" digi images OR 2 "Card Topper Kits of the winners choice. ****
(or one of each)
Pink Gem Designs is based in Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire UK.
Began trading in Nov. 2008 to design cute and whimsical craft stamps in clear polymer.
As digi products became more popular Pink Gem Designs also started to produce digital stamps/Card Topper Kits and other digital products such as downloadable papers, clip art etc..
I was lucky enough to receive Little Mille with Heart Balloon digi image from Pink Gem Designs. I printed it off in the colour version & cut it out. Stuck the heart backing paper to the 6x6 card. The paper Millie is mounted on was some digi paper that I had printed off - I thought this was just the right look for the card. Placed Millie onto this with some foam pads for a bit of dimension. Found some ribbon in my stash to place behind this, Cut hearts from pink & red card, arranged these & placed on card, added some flowers & some die cut letters. Hop you like it & have time to pop over to the Crafty Calendar blog & see all the other great makes by the DT. Thanks for stopping by. hugs, Bev xx I have entered this in: Hiding in My Craft Room - #287 red, pink + 1(10/2)
I was lucky enough to receive a fab bag of goodies from Things to Alter. I chose the fairy & toadstool shapes.
I cut a piece of cardboard - (from the many cardboard boxes that various Christmas goodies came in!) and painted with dark blue acrylic paint. I used white & pink acrylic paint through stencils. Coloured the shapes using acrylics. Stencilled onto the wings using the acrylic & then decided I wanted to use embossing powder - would it work with the paint? Yes it did! Gave the shapes a blast of spray & shine.
Gave the background stencils a bit of sparkle with some sparkle pens.
Wrote the word believe in sparkle pen - because I really do have to believe it's 2017!
Head on over to Creative Artiste - check out the other DT's makes, enter the challenge & you might win some of the lovely shapes from Things to Alter.
Well it is December - so I am sharing a Christmas canvas with you.
I drew the tree onto the back of the canvas & carefully cut out with a craft knife.
Then I took a piece of A4 card & embossed the top half using a dotty embossing folder. For the snowy bottom I used strips of masking tape, overlapping so that it doesn't stick to itself then I could roll the edges to give a bit of texture. I painted the tape with white acrylic paint & when dry added some sparkle with stickles glue. Stuck this to the back of the canvas - leaving a space bottom right to put the battery pack of the lights. Poked a small hole to thread the lights through.
Die cut snowflakes, reindeer, poinsettias, holly & pine sprigs from card.
I arranged everything onto the canvas, adding some red gems for holly berries, blue gems in the middle of the snowflakes & loads of stickles glitter all over for a snowy, frosty feel.
Turned on my lights & arranged where I wanted them - love how it has turned out. Will be finding a place for it among my Christmas decorating!
I hope you can drop over to the Creative Artiste blog & check out the other DT members makes & hope they inspire you to make something & enter the challenge.
